Refund & Transaction Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges will be processed for delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions. These situations are beyond our control and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange requests.
Transaction Fees:
Any charges levied by your bank or payment gateway (e.g., credit/debit card processing fees) are non-refundable. These fees are not charged by Mrinalika but are imposed directly by your financial institution or payment processor. For clarification on such charges, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.
Mrinalika Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit

Has a manufacturing defect

Incorrectly shipped
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with a mandatory unboxing video to avoid any misunderstanding. The item must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
Wait for a Return Authorization Email from Mrinalika (sent within 2–3 business days). Do not ship any product before receiving this confirmation. We may request photos or a video of the item for verification.
How to Return an Item

Use a reputed, trackable courier service.

Keep all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Mark the package as "Defective Item for Return – Not for Sale.

If the issue is from our end, return shipping charges will be reimbursed. Otherwise, return costs are borne by the customer.
Inspection & Resolution
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Based on the review, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement of equal value

Store credit

Refund (as applicable)
Exceptions

Sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or wrongly shipped.
