DOMESTIC
Standard delivery Timeline: 8 business days. It is standard as per the courier agency selected. We will update you at the time of order placement.
Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), net banking options, UPI, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping Charges: Our prices of the product you see on our website is inclusive of delivery charges. Any other charges like import duties or tarrif levied, we are not responsible for the same and the same needs to be borne by you.
Payment Methods: Major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, are accepted.
Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the shipping agency upon delivery. These charges vary by destination country and are determined at the point of entry.
GENERAL
ORDER CANCELLATION : Once the order is processed and set for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING / ORDERS PLACED: All orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete, including the zip code and a mobile number, to facilitate timely and accurate delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Final shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product’s size, value, packaging, and shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.
TRACKING: Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can monitor your order status on the shipping provider's website using the tracking information provided.
NON-DELIVERY: Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to the receiver’s unavailability, it will be returned to us. Orders returned for this reason are ineligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes..
